EXCHANGE / RETURN
If you need to EXCHANGE a product for a different size, we will gladly cover the shipping-cost of exchanging your product size:
- We will only accept an exchange, if you have a product of us.
- We will only accept an exchange, if you send the product undamaged.
- The product must still have the undamaged hang tag connected to it.
- The product must be packed in its intended product bag.
- We will send you the exchanged product as soon as we have received yours.

If you have to RETURN a piece to us, please note the following points:
- We only accept returns that are in our sending package that we sent to you.
- We only accept returns if the undamaged hang tag of the product is attached to the product.
- We ask that you repack the products in the product bag provided before sending the product to us.
- We will refund only after we've received and checked your product.
- After receiving the product and the refund, the buyer will receive a second invoice for the return shipping costs. The buyer must pay the invoice within the next 7 days.
